Prevent Conference

The first Hampshire organised Prevent Conference is being held in Winchester on the 8^th of March 2024.  There will be contributions from key people who work to Prevent young people and adults from being radicalised into extremism.  This will be an opportunity to hear about key roles,  processes and learn from case studies as well as become equipped with resources to support your work with vulnerable adults and children.

Learning outcomes   Preventing radicalisation and extremism by: Developing a greater understanding of different ideologies. Challenging prejudicial language and behaviour. Understanding the push and pull factors. Building awareness of the multi-agency process from referral to resolution.
