Terms & Conditions
Cancellations
We hold a waiting list for all multi-agency events. If you cannot attend, it is important that you cancel your booking. This will allow your place to be offered to another safeguarding professional.
Please ensure that you cancel your booking at least three days in advance of the course by logging into your account.
If you wish to cancel your place within 48 hours prior to the event, you must email us at hscpevents@hants.gov.uk
Please note that for chargeable events, HSCP will not issue a refund if you cancel your booking with fewer than three days’ notice.
Non-Attendance
If you do not attend, we will email you and your manager (you will have given us these details when you created an account). We reserve the right to charge for non-attendance at the following rates: £120 for a full-day event, £60 for half-day events and £30 for workshops/briefings/webinars. If you paid for the event as part of the booking process, this will not be refunded.
Unforeseen Events
We understand that unforeseen events can lead to cancellation or non-attendance. In these cases, HSCP may consider a refund request. You must request a refund by emailing hscpevents@hants.gov.uk
HSCP Cancellation
On rare occasions (e.g. trainer illness, adverse weather conditions), HSCP may cancel training with limited notice. If this happens, we will refund any booking fees. We will not refund other costs such as travel expenses.
